These Terms & Conditions are here to provide a clear legal framework for your acquisition of works by Arjan Spannenburg. They ensure that you know exactly what to expect regarding the purchase, ownership, and quality of the artwork.

Article 1 Definitions
To keep things clear, here is who we are referring to:
- The Artist / Entrepreneur:Arjan Spannenburg (trading asSpannenburg.Art.
- The Client / You:The private individual or collector acquiring the artwork (not acting in a professional business capacity).
- The Partner: Zerp Galerie, often responsible for the financial handling and invoicing of your purchase.
- The Work:The fine art photography or mixed-media piece you are purchasing.

Article 3: The Offer & Accuracy
Arjan Spannenburg's photographic work, presented in limited editions, adheres to the highest gallery standards. Each print is a fine art piece, meticulously produced on archival paper. The offer is straightforward: exceptional contemporary photography, curated for the discerning art collector. Accuracy in detail and presentation is paramount, ensuring each piece’s integrity and visual impact. This commitment to quality makes the artwork a genuine investment for any contemporary home, contributing character and depth.
We strive to display the artwork as truthfully as possible. However, please be aware thatscreen colours may varySlight variations in colour or contrast between the digital image on your screen and the physical Fine Art print do not count as a defect or a valid basis for a liability claim.
- Obvious mistakes or pricing errors on the website are not binding.
Artikel 4: Die Vereinbarung
Die Verkaufsvereinbarung ist endgültig, wenn:
- You have placed an order via the website.
- You have met the payment conditions managed by Zerp Galerie.
- You have received a digital confirmation of your order.
Article 5: Custom Works & Right of Withdrawal
This is a crucial clause regarding your order.
- Standard Reflection Period:Under Dutch/EU law, you generally have 14 days to reconsider a purchase.
- Exclusion for Custom Art (Important):Most works on this site (specifically Diasec®, Dibond, Plexiglass and framed works) aremade to orderbased on your specific choice of size and finish.

- Upon purchasing a made-to-order piece, you acknowledge that the sale is final once production commences.
Article 6: Prices & Payment
- All prices listed include VAT (where applicable).
- Payment must be fulfilled within 14 days of the order via the secure methods provided by Zerp Galerie.
- The artist retains full legal ownership of the artwork until the full purchase price is received.
Article 7: Delivery & Execution
We treat your deadline with respect.
- We aim to deliver within the stated production time (5–28 days).
- Delivery dates are estimates. A minor delay does not entitle the client to compensation unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
- Upon receipt, you must inspect the packaging and artwork immediately. Any transport damage must be reported to us within 48 hours.
Article 8: Guarantee & Conformity
We guarantee that the artwork meets high museum-quality standards and the specifications listed.
- If the work shows a technical defect upon arrival (not related to transport or misuse), we will repair or replace it at our cost.
Article 9: Limitation of Liability
In so far as permitted by Dutch Law:
- Spannenburg.Artis not liable for indirect damages, consequential loss, or lost profits.
- Our total liability is strictly limited to theinvoice amountof the purchased artwork.
- We are not liable for damage resulting from improper handling, hanging, or environmental factors (such as extreme humidity or direct sunlight) after delivery.
Article 10: Governing Law & Disputes
We hope it never comes to this, but legally:
- All agreements are exclusively governed byNederlandse wet.
- Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
