Unlike mass-produced items, every piece in this collection is created exclusively for you upon order. We adhere to strict museum-quality standards to ensure longevity and visual brilliance.

3. Returns & Satisfaction Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new acquisition. However, we believe in complete transparency regarding the nature of your purchase.

The 14-Day Reflection Period

In line with EU consumer regulations, you generally have a reflection period of14 daysstarting the day after you receive the work. During this time, you may inspect the artwork as you would in a physical gallery.

Important: Custom & Made-to-Order Exceptions

Please note that the majority of works offered on this platform arecustom-made to your specifications(e.g., specific sizing, Diasec mounting, or custom framing).

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or with a production error, the exceptions above do not apply. We stand by our quality 100%. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or solution.
